Leaning into the unknown can be both daunting and fearful, yet also exciting and hopeful. Often, stepping into therapy brings up these (and many more) emotions. I’m glad you made it here.

Whether it be unexpected life events and transitions, trauma, struggling relationships and or mental health challenges, it might feel like you’re overwhelmed by the depth of what you are facing. I see therapy as finding moments of respite amidst the chaos.

Navigating therapy with me means embracing the unknown with courage and hope. My warm and light-hearted demeanor creates a welcoming space where we can explore your concerns, discover newfound resilience and clarity, and learn the tools to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and strength. I am passionate about empowering others to use their unique skillset to grow and find lasting change.

More than just my work:

During my downtime, you’ll catch me cooking savory dishes to share, immersed in a good book, and constantly seeking out new knowledge – did you know the world’s oldest dog lived to be 29.5 years old? I’m also passionate about cheering on my nephews and nieces at their sports events, and indulging in slow-paced runs for the sheer childlike enjoyment it gives me.
