Life can present many different challenges. Sometimes we find ourselves stuck and unsure about how to navigate forward. Therapy can provide a safe space to unpack your struggles, celebrate successes, develop resilience, and find a sense of peace.

My approach to therapy is compassionate and holistic. Leading with empathy and curiosity, I strive to create a caring space for you to explore your experiences, values, and goals. My desire is to come alongside as you discover new ways of navigating challenges and experiencing meaningful relationships.

Ranessa holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and brings over a decade of experience as a frontline healthcare worker, post-secondary educator, and youth community volunteer. Her diverse background has shaped a deeply empathetic and trauma-informed approach to supporting individuals from all walks of life.

Ranessa’s work focuses on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. With a calm, supportive presence, Ranessa creates a safe space where clients can feel understood, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges with confidence. More than just my work:

Outside of work, I love to explore the outdoors with my husband, toddler, and our fluffy dog, Winston. I enjoy camping, fishing, and searching for bugs in the riverbeds when my toddler has decided we have done enough walking. I also enjoy watching hockey, having a good board game night, and making food for friends.
