Welcome.
Leaning into the unknown can be both daunting and fearful; exciting and hopeful. Often, stepping into therapy brings up these (and many more) emotions. If you’ve found your way here, I’m glad you’ve taken this courageous first step.
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re caught in the storm of difficult relationships, unresolved trauma, or struggles with anxiety or depression. Sometimes, we just feel “off”—like something has shifted, but we’re not sure what it is or how to make sense of it. Whether you’re grappling with a specific issue or simply looking for a way to move through life with more clarity and purpose, therapy can help you find a sense of direction amidst the chaos.
I believe therapy is a process of discovering moments of peace in the midst of turbulence. In our work together, I’ll help you explore the things that bring you here—whether that’s understanding your reactions to past trauma, navigating the complexities of difficult relationships and boundaries, or working through feelings of anxiety or depression. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening in your life, explore the underlying patterns, and work toward actionable change that can bring you back into alignment with yourself.
Navigating therapy with me means embracing the unknown with courage and hope. My approach is warm, open, and light-hearted, designed to help you feel safe as we walk this journey together. I’m passionate about empowering you to harness your own strengths, cultivate resilience, and create the lasting changes that lead to a life you feel proud of.

More than just my work:
During my downtime, you’ll catch me cooking savory dishes to share, immersed in a good book, and constantly seeking out new knowledge – did you know the world’s oldest dog lived to be 29.5 years old? I’m also passionate about cheering on my nephews and nieces at their sports events, and indulging in slow-paced runs for the sheer childlike enjoyment it gives me.
