How would you describe your approach to therapy?

Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed with the stresses and challenges in our lives. Unsure of where to begin, we can feel stuck and unable to see a way forward. I aim to create a therapeutic space for you to bring all parts of yourself and unpack your unique world piece by piece. As we explore the chapters that came before this one, I hope to help you regain the confidence and resilience you need to face your challenges and fears.

With a compassionate ear, I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe, valued, and seen while we explore your story. As you become more aware of the patterns and themes in your life, I admire seeing your progression during our time together as you embrace personal, emotional, spiritual, and mental progress. I am honored to lend a shoulder and be a part of your journey as you pursue change and growth.

More than just my work:

When I’m not working, you can find me with my four-legged best friend, Teeko. We put on a lot of miles hiking up mountains and finding serene walking trails. In the winter months I enjoy snowboarding with friends or curling up by the fire with a good book (and Teeko). In the summer months I love going to the lake for wake surfing and family time (with Teeko). On the weekends I’m usually finding yet another adventure with my partner and our dog (did I mention Teeko?).
