Registered Psychologist

M.A., RPsych

Sometimes clients feel overwhelmed by the process of starting therapy. They feel like they are so far from who they want to be but they don’t even know where to start.

I take an accepting and compassionate approach to therapy. I enjoy guiding my clients to a greater understanding of themselves through mindfulness and acceptance to create lasting change and growth that will help them reach their full potential. With my warmth and calmness, I am able to put you at ease so that we can explore your deepest concerns together.

I strive to create a safe place for clients to share their concerns and to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Ashley is an Athabasca University Graduate with a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She has over 20 years experience working with children and families in different roles within her community. In the past 10 years, she has helped her clients heal from their past, renew healthy stories and helpful thought processes, and restore hope in a future that is rich and fulfilling.
