Embracing Change with Courage, Compassion, and Clarity

Tracy Lappala

Leaning into the unknown can bring up a mix of emotions—fear, excitement, hope, and uncertainty. If you’re here, I want to commend you for taking the courageous first step into therapy. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re caught in the storm of difficult relationships, unresolved trauma, or struggles with anxiety or depression. Sometimes, we just feel “off” — like something has shifted, but we’re not sure what it is or how to make sense of it.

Whether you're grappling with a specific issue or simply seeking more clarity and purpose in life, therapy provides a safe space to help you regain your direction. I believe therapy is about discovering moments of peace amidst the chaos. Together, we’ll explore the things that brought you here, whether that’s understanding your reactions to past trauma, navigating complex relationships, or working through feelings of anxiety or depression.

In our work together, we will explore what’s happening in your life, uncover underlying patterns, and move towards actionable changes that align you with your true self. My approach is warm, open, and light-hearted, helping you feel safe as we walk this journey together. I’m passionate about empowering you to tap into your strengths, cultivate resilience, and make lasting changes that lead to a life you’re proud of.

Outside of work, I’m an avid cook who loves sharing savory dishes with others. I’m always immersed in a good book or seeking out new knowledge (did you know the world’s oldest dog lived to be 29.5 years old?). I enjoy cheering on my nephews and nieces at their sports events and indulging in slow-paced runs just for the sheer enjoyment it brings me.
