Building Confidence and Healing with Compassion

B.N., BKin., MACP (in progress)
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're uncertain about where to begin or whether someone will understand your journey. It's normal to feel hesitant, but I want you to know that you don't have to face it alone. I take a warm, authentic, and compassionate approach to therapy, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly safe, respected, and supported. Whether you're struggling with personal challenges or relationship issues, we’ll work together at your pace. Your questions, thoughts, and feelings are always welcome.
Many people carry difficult emotions like fear, shame, or self-doubt, and these emotions can keep them feeling stuck. In our work together, my aim is to help you better understand these feelings, explore their roots, and feel more confident living in alignment with your values. My hope is that you leave therapy with a greater sense of self-awareness and the tools to build a life that feels authentic to who you are.
I specialize in supporting individuals facing life transitions, anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles. Together, we’ll work to help you overcome obstacles, build resilience, and gain clarity. Whether you're navigating a career change, struggling with personal identity, or facing a new chapter in your life, therapy can provide the guidance and support you need. Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner and our fur babies. Nature has a special place in my heart, and I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, and camping. These activities help me unwind, recharge, and reconnect with myself. When I’m not adventuring, I enjoy curling up with a good book, journaling, and spending time with friends and family.
