Helping You Heal, Grow, and Thrive

M.C.
When we or someone we love is struggling with concerns such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, overwhelming emotions, or trauma, it can be difficult to find the right support. Starting the journey toward healing and asking for help can feel overwhelming, disorienting, and confusing. But reaching out for support is the first step toward creating meaningful change in your life.
Through compassion, acceptance, and empathy, I provide a clear line of support to help you make sense of your symptoms in a way that empowers you to heal and create transformative shifts in your life. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to co-create a nurturing, safe space that allows you to move from simply surviving and coping to truly blossoming, thriving, and flourishing.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, or challenging life transitions, therapy can help you gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and take control of your path forward. I’m here to support you every step of the way on your healing journey.
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my two young boys, who keep me on my toes! I also prioritize self-care by engaging in exercise, nature walks, meditation, and occasionally indulging in a reality TV show for some lighthearted fun.
