As an Administrative Assistant at Still Waters, I bring a unique background shaped by my experience in the service industry, where providing exceptional customer service was my top priority. Now, as a university student studying Psychology, I aim to blend my customer service skills with my growing understanding of human behavior, critical thinking, and problem-solving. In my role, I focus on ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience, whether they are clients or team members. Outside of my work at Still Waters, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends and dedicating myself to my studies. Staying active is important to me, and I love taking walks with my puppy—it's a great way to stay energized while enjoying the outdoors. Finding a balance between work, learning, and personal time helps me stay grounded and motivated, allowing me to give my best both in my role and in my life.
