Building Understanding and Lasting Change Through Compassionate Therapy

M.A., RPsych
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're unsure of where to begin or how to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. It’s common to feel distant from your ideal self, not knowing where to start or what changes will be most effective. I'm here to help guide you through that uncertainty and create a path forward.
I take an accepting and compassionate approach to therapy, focusing on mindfulness and acceptance to help you create meaningful, lasting change. With warmth and calmness, I’ll work alongside you to explore your concerns and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal is to empower you to reach your full potential, building on your strengths and working through your challenges with patience and compassion.
In our work together, I strive to create a safe, trusting space where you can freely share your thoughts and concerns. Therapy is about building a relationship rooted in trust, so you can feel supported while navigating your journey toward growth and healing.
Outside of work, I love to be active and creative. Whether it’s running, biking, hiking, golfing, or playing sports with my kids, I find that being in nature and moving my body keeps me feeling alive and energized.
